Evidence-based dental implant course with clinical training on patients under direct supervision beginning 14 October 2016.

About the course

This clinical dental implant course will enable delegates to make informed, evidence-based decisions in their day-to-day dental implant practice and will train delegates to place and restore dental implants according to the standards of the General Dental Council (GDC), Royal College of Surgeons and the British Academy of Implant & Restorative Dentistry (BAIRD).

The course, presented by international and prominent local speakers, comprises of eight modules, each taking place on one Friday and Saturday of each month. Delegates will also be expected to attend four to five Sundays during the course which will include live surgery and hands-on training with patients.

Places are strictly limited to 10 delegates, to ensure the highest quality training. Delegates will undertake written assessments throughout the course and will be expected to complete a final examination at the end of the training, awarding them BAIRD certification and 128 hours verifiable CPD.
